PAYMENT POLICY
For booking confirmation 25% advance amount is required and remaining payment will be required 30 days before starting of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After booking 10% cancellation charges will be mandatory applicable.
25% cancellation charges, if cancelled 30 days before the tour departure date.
50% cancellation charges, if cancelled 15 days before the tour departure date.
75% Cancellation charges, if cancelled 07 days before the tour departure date.
07 days less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND
No refund for after starting or middle of the tour.
Flight Ticket Cancellation as per Airlines rule.
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while travelling.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refund will be processed within 15 working days.
JURISDICTION
In case of any conflict or legal issue it will be matters of Delhi jurisdiction.
